I know everyone is excited about penguins and seals, but the real Antarctica heroes are the passionate fish scientists and under-ice divers who work with the bizarre and beautiful marine life down here. I’m very proud to have an article up on Slate today about what they do. This photo, and others in the article, are taken by under ice diver Rob Robbins, who has been diving in Antarctica for 35 years.
